How to Register for a Sport
Our Athletic Registration platform for the 2025-2026 school year has changed! We are moving to BigTeams. Please note, students must be in grades 7 through 12 to participate in interscholastic athletics.
Deadlines to sign up for a seasonal sport:
Fall Deadline: August 4th, 2025
Winter Deadline: November 15th, 2025
Spring Deadline: March 2nd, 2026
To register your child for any interscholastic athletics, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Step 1: Please visit this website: https://studentcentral.bigteams.com/
Step 2: Click Sign Up to Create New Account and complete the four-step account creation.
Please create a Parent/Guardian account first. (Once you create your Parent/Guardian account, you will create and link the student account directly through the following steps.)
Please select the school that your student attends for classes. In this case, PLEASE make sure you select Brandywine Heights Area School District (PA)
Input your personal information for your Parent/Guardian account
Input your Username (email) and Password
Step 3: If your student would like to participate in a co-op team, please follow this step.
From the home page > profile icon (in the top right corner of the webpage) > select my profile > scroll down to school information > please select any additional schools you may be participating in athletics other than your home school > click save at bottom of the page
Click the dashboard to return to the account linking page
(2025-2026) co-op teams:
Cross Country > select Oley Valley School District
Football > select Kutztown Area High School or Kutztown Area Middle School, depending on your son’s age
Water Polo > Muhlenberg High School
Bowling > select Oley Valley School District
Step 4: From the Linked Account Page in My Profile, click “+ Link Student Account”
Step 5: Search for your student to see if they have already created an account. See THIS help guide for searching.
Step 6: If your student does not have an account, click the hyperlink “If your student does NOT have an account OR is not yet 13 years old, click HERE” and complete the five steps for creating the student account
Step 7: Once created, be sure to input EMERGENCY CONTACT information (Left Navigation under My Profile), and then complete the form requirements by clicking FORMS, then ATHLETIC FORMS

All forms must be completed online via the BigTeams platform. We will not be accepting paper copies of any registration forms.

Athletic Physicals
Physical examinations (PIAA Section 6) are required for any athlete wishing to participate in a school sponsored PIAA sport. Physicals must be certified on or after May 1st and are valid for the entire school year. If your physical is completed more than six weeks prior to the start of your sports’ season a re-certification must be completed.
Activity Fee
Activity fee total is based on the lunch status of each student.
Full Price Lunch- $60.00
Reduce Price Lunch- $30.00
Free Lunch- $0.00
The activity fee is paid through Infinite Campus.
